With a new way to share iWork documents between your devices using iCloud, the\u00a0iWork.com<\/a>public beta service will no longer be available.\u00a0As of July 31, 2012, you will no longer be able to access your documents on the\u00a0iWork.com<\/a>\u00a0site or view them on the web.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Nu gebruikte ik de beta niet heel vaak, maar soms was het simpelweg wel handig om direct vanuit een iWork App je document online te zetten en te delen. In veel opzichten is iWork.com natuurlijk voorbijgestreefd door diensten als DropBox, Box.net, SkyDrive en recentelijk CX<\/a>. Op\u00a0iOS is inderdaad iCloud een prima oplossing om zonder ‘gedoe’ je\u00a0documenten online te zetten. Maar het delen met anderen \u00e9n de integratie met\u00a0Mac OS X, daarvan kunnen we stellen dat dat functionaliteit is waarin iCloud nog niet voorop loopt.<\/p>\n

Gelukkig zet de mededeling van Apple de deur weer open voor wat speculatie over mogelijke uitbreiding van de mogelijkheden van iCloud. We houden het nauwlettend in de gaten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
